Appraisal Benefit was started in 2010 by State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser Johanna Micarelli. Johanna began her career in Real Estate Appraisals in 2003.

As owner and operator of Appraisal Benefit, my goal is to provide our clients with quality appraisals at or below competitive fees and with a prompt turn around time.  

With over 18 years of experience, we specialize in single family, condominiums, town homes and multi-family properties, providing full reports and drive-by opinions of value.
